Yes. Your session is adjusted to your current flexibility, strength and comfort level.
A private live session where the instructor guides only you and customizes the practice to your body, needs and goals.
Each session is 60 minutes.
Anyone above the age of 10 is welcome. Senior-friendly sessions are also available.
Sessions can be conducted in Hindi or English as per your preference.
