Getting started
Your first class should feel simple.
Yes. We regularly teach beginners. Your session starts at your current level and moves at a comfortable pace.
It is a private live session where the instructor guides only you and adjusts the practice to your body, needs and goals.
Each session is 60 minutes. Keep a little time before and after so the practice does not feel rushed.
Yes. Online personal and group yoga sessions are available with flexible timing.
Anyone above the age of 10 is welcome. We also offer gentle sessions suitable for senior students.
Sessions can be conducted in Hindi or English according to your comfort.
Yoga can support weight loss through movement, consistency, breathwork, discipline and healthier daily routines.
Yes. Please share your concern before class so the instructor can adapt the session safely. For serious medical conditions, follow your doctor's advice.
