Every body arrives with a different history. Some students want flexibility, some want weight management, some need stress relief, and some come with pain or stiffness. Our instructors listen first, then build a practice around your body, your goals and your daily schedule.
Along with yoga, we integrate therapy-based support through asana, stretching, pranayama, meditation and recovery-focused guidance for concerns like back pain, cervical pain, knee pain, frozen shoulder, stress and low mobility.
